| 2007-03-23 | First release of software will be available. |

| 2007-03-26 - 2007-03-30 | Software general and performance testing in simulation mode. |
| 2007-03-29 | First pass system documentation, PUPE FPGA firmware and software documentation will be available. This will be sent to CERN so they can check through the systems fuctionality. |
| 2007-03-30 | BEAM will ship two system controllers to Alpha Data. One is for Alpha Data testing and the other is to be shipped to CERN as the pre-series system. TheEthernet switch should be purchased at this point and remain at Alpha Data for test purposes. |
| 2007-03-30 | CPCI racks should arrive. One double racks and one half rack should stay with Alpha Data. The other double and half rack should be sent to BEAM for development. If the cPCI racks are not available, get a rack on loan from ESP or else where so development can continue. |
| 2007-03-30 | First PUPE boards should be functional and a timing panel should be available. |
| 2007-03-30 | One of the full cPCI racks, one of the half cPCI racks, 3 x module controllers and a PUPE board should be sent to BEAM for test and development. |
| 2007-04-02 - 2007-04-19 | Integration of System Controller, Module Controller, PUPE board, PUPE FPGA firmware and TMS Software. Basic system tests with TMS signal generator. BEAM to visit Alpha Data or visa-versa during this period. |
| 2007-04-20 | Deliver the pre-series unit to CERN. This will consist of the following: System Controller, one dual cPCI rack, one Module Controller, one PUPE engine with timing input panel, one LCD Monitor keyboard and mouse, one Ethernet switch, Ethernet leads and european power leads. |
| 2007-04-24 - 2007-04-27 | Visit to CERN to install, configure and test system on site. We will take the TMS Signal generator board with test leads and software to aid with this testing. Meeting with CERN at the end of visit to discuss system and any issues. |
| BEAM should receive some more PUPE boards for full system testing. | |
| Continue software development adding full functionality and fixing any issues determined duing the pre-series testing. | |
| Continue FPGA development adding full functionality and fixing any issues determined duing the pre-series testing. | |
