All bookings to be received by Rally organisers by: July 9th 2007.
The Rally fee covers the costs incurred in arranging the rally. This includes equipment costs, evening event costs,
Postage and printing of route instructions plus all the other bits and pieces to make it all happen.
It is possible to arrive on the 10/8/2007 and leave on the 19/8/2007. These nights are free if you have booked for the week.
The events will be limited on these days. Please set the arrival and departure dates accordingly.
Note that the "Family Tent Pitch" = "1 big tent" or "1 medium tent" or "1 medium + 1 small tent"
Note that only the Caravan/TrailerTent/Motorhomecaravan pitches are provided with electric hook
up and that "elsam disposal" is possible. Heavy vehicles should bring equipment to stop them sinking in case
of wet wether, because there is only meadow.
The T-Shirts are free, but limited to one T-Shirt per person
